But first, I`m going to Rome! woooooooo *cheers* I`ve been wanting to go there since I first picked up the classes Ancient Greek, Ancient Latin and Mythology (which was part of both classes). They were some of the most useless classes you could pick since they are dead languages but boy did we have fun during those classes. (Any of the classmates remember the Friday-afternoon-crisps-and-cola-parties with Mr. Troost?). So basically these classes left me with a desire to see both Greece and Rome. During my third year of high school we visited Greece on a school trip, travelling to all the big archeological sites of the mainland. One of the things I remember best was being stuck in some kind of cliff which wouldn`t be accessed by cars or helicopters for about 6-8 hours because our tourguide had managed to get lost. Some of the people started thinking they were going to die, but me and my friends were having quite some fun really. We were magically rescued by a bunch of monks though!

…Not really, we just ran into a monastery and stopped being lost. But ah well, it was awesome anyway. SO what I was trying to say is that I`ve already visited Greece (several times actually), but I`ve never been to Rome…I`ve never seen the friggin’ colosseum! But this monday I`m finally going to see it!

Now I can cross this destination off my list and continue on to the next ones… New York, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Next year, I`m going to visit New York with my family so that`ll be another one off the list. (Australia is one I`ll certainly visit one day though…I`ve been whining about wanting to go there since I was about five years old…I WANT TO SEE THE KOALAS).

Please comment anyway, as we`ve been getting way too few comments lately. Where have my faithful plaza comment spammers gone?!

I`m currently at my internship again and I should be working (as always) but I just can`t force myself to do so…the interwebz is calling to me! After my internship I have a evaluation conversation at my work where they`ll discuss how I`ve been working the last six months. They already promised me I`d get another contract for a year yet they still want to have conversations like this. I`m not looking forward to it…I wouldn`t be surprised if all they did was tell you the bad stuff you`ve done the past six months. Managers are evil like that *sighs*

I`m now trying to think of something to talk about but all I want to rant about has something to do with stuff I`ve been going through with a creepy guy on the plaza lately. I`ll bother one of you guys on IM about it later.

I also noticed the traffic to this site seems to be increasing. I`ve been doing some SEO things lately so apparently they seem to be working. I`ve also noticed that though I have deleted all pages from the old kawaiipixel.com they`re still being indexed by google. So I now set a redirect on all those non existent pages to avoid scaring people off with the evil 404 error. Maybe that causes the extra trafic *ponders* Anyway, thank you guys for visiting us. We greatly appreciate it (Though we`d appreciate it even more if you left comments)

This place is a big park filled with drunks and homeless people, no offense, and thei`re all sleeping sound. Which, I know, is really pretty good, but still, i`m boooored….

It`ll be delivered to me within 4-8 days (or so the site says, I`m not buying it though…it`ll probably take at least three weeks) so I`ll be able to show how it looks for real in a few weeks. YAY

Also, as you might have noticed some things have changed about the site. My twitter, which I never use but who cares, now gets updated whenever I add a new post. Some ads have been added to see if we can make some money out of this random blog, if not I`ll delete them again. Clicking the authors name will now lead to a profile page of the author too, pretty useless but I was bored so yeah…

Anyway, I`m thinking of making my own layout. Because of my lack of spare time I took a pre-made layout for this one but it annoys me every day that I didn`t make it myself, so I`m considering to sacrifice the bits of spare time that I have to make my own…but I`m not sure what the layout should look like yet. Obviously, it should be random and colourful though…

This is my second and thankfully last nightshift in Assen, at a mental healthcare facility. And it`s soooo quiet. Luckily I have a co-worker with me, but there nothing to do… Everyone`s asleep, which is a very good thing, but still…

So here I am, coming to your computer to share my midnight musings.

Right now i`m sitting in the nurses station, but its very surreal because not only can I see everything that is happening on a large tv screen, there is also sound coming from the camera placed in the solitary confinement. So i`m sitting here, listening to someone breathing very loudly, which is a little haunting…

To take my mind of the slow ticking of the clock I`m making a beanie/hat right now, using my advanced and superior knowledge of crochet!

So my dear sister, an ugly, lumpy hat is coming your way! I`m thinking about including bear ears, although I doubt my sister would welcome that idea. I`m not really sure either, since the hat is rainbow coloured and kinda gaylike in appearance, and adding bear ears would make it a gay bear… OMG, thats is actually a grand idea! I`m adding them, whether she`ll like it or not…

Owh dear, this is the longest post i`ve ever written, and there`s still 5 hours to go!! Joyfull, joyfull… I`m really craving sleep right now, especially because the horse under my window prevented me from sleeping longer than five hours today, with its HORRIBLE shrieking! I mean really! A shrieking horse, i know he did that on purpose. Added to that the fact that he kept on shrieking for HALF AN HOUR, i`m not terribly fond of him anymore…

Things are sooo bad right now, i`m reading fanfiction… drarry fanfiction… I almost feel guilty… almost…

I just did a bedcheck, to see if everyone was still present and alive and when I pulled open the door to one of the rooms, i could have sworn it smelled just like my grandfather used to. But he`s been gone for around eleven years now. At the moment, it felt really comforting, now it makes me wonder, and a little sad… It`s weird, these things, isn`t it? Owh, and btw, everyone was still alive! Next check in three hours.

OOOH, it`s 5.30 and the hat is FINISHED! Now just the ears left to make, which i think i will be able to do this shift, and i will present this holy gift to mah sistah! Whom ofcourse, i lubses dearly!

OMG, the hat is finished!!! It`s 7.15 and i`m almost free to go! WootWoot!

yesterday i had a nightshift in a farmhouse, filled with 8 crazy old people.  I was all alone… tudududum… I now realize i`m really not cut out to be a ghost hunter. I mean, seriously, i was scared shitless.

I was like sitting there, in a big room, when i heard a door swing closed en quiet footsteps coming closer. Then it was silent, except for someone breathing very loudly, in the next room. After a while i had the guts to check what was happening, but there was nobody there! Then i heard an old lady screaming help, so i ran to her, ofcourse.

She peed her pants… nice…

Nothing really happened, but i still thought you`d like to know! Brainfrie Attack!
