Today is the very last day of my internship! It`s sooooo awesome I`m nearly freeee! I also managed to discovered that next semester I`ll be taking a different theme than I thought I was taking. I thought I was taking IT service management but I managed to look at the wrong column of the table and I`m actually taking Database development. The IT service management is in my third semester. I`m such a loser *g* This might also mean that I`ll have to get my hands on that book I was missing as soon as possible…but maybe not. I need only three books for database development so I hope that I have those three. I only missed one ^_^

Also, sister managed to win two tickets for holiday on ice. So we`re going there for free now…yaaay. It`s be cold though ><

And sister can make her own skirts! I worship her for it, I`m a disaster when it comes to sewing and she makes gorgeous skirts! I`m working on a bright red polka-dotted skirt with a layer of white tulle underneath though. Once day, it shall be done!

So I decided to take the Friday off and give myself a long weekend. I`m already looking forward to it! This Sunday I`ll be going to a Gothic and fantasy convention with my sister and dad and I`m really looking forward to it since I`ll be able to dress up without people thinking I`m an idiot. I might even be able to wear my pretty elf ears for once! I <3 my elf ears.

Sister is at the hospital in Utrecht now, trying to claim the job. I`m nervous for her…I so hope she`ll get the job! It would be awesome to live in Utrecht and I`ll be very jealous of her…I`ll probably be visiting her each and every weekend *g* Also, we`d have a convenient place to sleep at the Elf Fantasy Fair.

Please comment anyway, as we`ve been getting way too few comments lately. Where have my faithful plaza comment spammers gone?!

I`m currently at my internship again and I should be working (as always) but I just can`t force myself to do so…the interwebz is calling to me! After my internship I have a evaluation conversation at my work where they`ll discuss how I`ve been working the last six months. They already promised me I`d get another contract for a year yet they still want to have conversations like this. I`m not looking forward to it…I wouldn`t be surprised if all they did was tell you the bad stuff you`ve done the past six months. Managers are evil like that *sighs*

I`m now trying to think of something to talk about but all I want to rant about has something to do with stuff I`ve been going through with a creepy guy on the plaza lately. I`ll bother one of you guys on IM about it later.

I also noticed the traffic to this site seems to be increasing. I`ve been doing some SEO things lately so apparently they seem to be working. I`ve also noticed that though I have deleted all pages from the old kawaiipixel.com they`re still being indexed by google. So I now set a redirect on all those non existent pages to avoid scaring people off with the evil 404 error. Maybe that causes the extra trafic *ponders* Anyway, thank you guys for visiting us. We greatly appreciate it (Though we`d appreciate it even more if you left comments)

I`m at my internship again right now and I`m supposed to be working but the boss is on a holiday so frankly, I`ve been slacking. I`ve been busy checking my mail, doing random stuff and pm-ing with Lauren for pretty much the entire day. All the work I got done is one paragraph for my internship report and add a few download buttons to the website. *whistles* I`ll try making up for it tomorrow…

I have to pick up the phone today, which is something I seriously despise. I swear I`ve got like a phone-phobia! If those exist I have them!

It`ll be delivered to me within 4-8 days (or so the site says, I`m not buying it though…it`ll probably take at least three weeks) so I`ll be able to show how it looks for real in a few weeks. YAY

Also, as you might have noticed some things have changed about the site. My twitter, which I never use but who cares, now gets updated whenever I add a new post. Some ads have been added to see if we can make some money out of this random blog, if not I`ll delete them again. Clicking the authors name will now lead to a profile page of the author too, pretty useless but I was bored so yeah…

Anyway, I`m thinking of making my own layout. Because of my lack of spare time I took a pre-made layout for this one but it annoys me every day that I didn`t make it myself, so I`m considering to sacrifice the bits of spare time that I have to make my own…but I`m not sure what the layout should look like yet. Obviously, it should be random and colourful though…

But now my boss is out of town, helping some customer in Haarlem. As you people probably already knew (since I suck at keeping private info private and you guys rock at stalking me) I live in Groningen, which is at least 2 hours away from Haarlem…maybe more. He has to help the customer till 2pm so he won`t be back till 4. NOW CHEER WITH ME!

So now I can write a blog which is actually longer than two paragraphs…actually, it already is longer. I ROCK! WHOOOOOOO! So…what have I been up to lately?
I have mainly been spending time at my internship and have spend most of my spare time afterwards on the plaza. I`m getting pretty tired of all the arrogant admins on the plaza but I won`t talk too much about it here since they don`t take criticism well at all, though they say they do…they really don`t.

Ghost Girl Book

I`ve also been reading a lot. I finished a book called ghostgirl a while ago which was about -you guessed it- a girl who dies (choking on a gummy bear) and becomes a ghost. She still has some unresolved issues so she can`t go to heaven yet and is stuck at a high school for ghost. The book was a children`s book so not quite a literary masterpiece but it was good enough to keep me amused during the bus ride back home from my internship. I`m now reading a Douglas Adams book from the detective series, which is just as random as I am…I love it. To pretend like I`m working I`ll even write some code about it:

THERE…I worked! Now ain`t I made of awesome? I think I have already succeeded in making this the longest blog I have written so far but I plan on making it longer than Alinda`s blog during her nightshift so I think I have a bit more to go. Wait a minute…I`ll go check how long her blog was.

I`m actually quite close already, I think I`ve nearly beaten her! WHOOO! I`m going to latch on to her favourite subject now, costumes for the Elf Fantasy Fair 2010 (and the Gothic and Fantasy beurs 2009). I am planning on buying the following corset:

But I have to wait for my sister to have the money to buy the black and white one so we can order together and split the shipping costs. The corset is pretty simple but I love it since it`s velvet which you don`t see a lot on costumes. There are a LOT of other nice corsets on the site where I found this one though, and all very cheap…so I might buy more later. I hope sister will let me borrow the black and white one once in a while since I`m completely in love with that one too.

I asked some friends if they liked the corset and they said it was hot…so I guess that`s good There`s a pink one which I adore too, but pink is so hard to combine with other fantasy clothes. I mean, it`s not exactly a fantasy colour now is it? So…actually I don`t have the slightest clue what I`ll be wearing to the EFF 2010 but I know this corset will be involved somehow! I`ll keep you guys updated. Also, did you notice how much better I am at inserting pictures than my sister? Mine are nicely aligned and even have a caption…TAKE THAT SIS!

I just had a tuna sandwich and it was good, but I want MORE. Damn I`m hungry. I still have a two mckroket for the price of one thingy though so I`m very tempted to get those now. But it would kill my hunger for dinner….hard decisions to make. *ponders*

PS: I pity you non dutch people whose mcdonalds does not have the mckroket, it`s a piece of heaven. A very very very greasy and tasty piece of heaven…hmmm

Anyway, nearly time to go home..I`M HUNGRYYYYY…hear my belly roar! ~*roars*~

Maybe I`ll stop by the IKEA to get a cheap-ass hotdog on my way home, not sure if I have enough time to do so though. Well, I definitely have enough time to get the hotdog but do you know just how distracting the IKEA is? You always see other fun stuff and BOOM you`ve missed your bus. (the same bus which wishes you season`s greetings in September)…seriously, it`s made of EVIL *glares at IKEA*

Just wanted to tell you that I completely agree with everything my sis said about the last True Blood episode, it was pure horror. The show used to be supercalifragilisticexpialidocious but I`ve been VERY annoyed by how they`ve decided to just ignore the books altogether the last few weeks. I mean…seriously, maryann hardly was an issue in the books, and her name wasn`t even maryann there. AND SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DESTROYED BY ERIC PRETENDING TO BE GAY IN PINK SPANDEX. now who wouldn`t want to see that?

I`m at work now, and I just got official permission to take monday morning off for my practical exam to get my drivers license. BUT..yes…there`s always a but, only if I pass and bring cake! OH NOES, does that mean I`ll fail my internship if I don`t pass…MUST PASS! MUST PASS! MUST PASS!
